Why is it important to test based on behavior rather than implementation details?

When testing a flashlight, you press the button and see if it lights up (behavior). You do not disassemble it to count how many wires are inside (details). This is because if the manufacturer changes the wiring but the flashlight still works, your test should not report "broken."
